Riley turned 8 months on Jan. 19th. Here are some pictures from right around then. We didn't do a photoshoot other than getting out of the house for a nice walk on the 17th of Jan.We walked to a nearby park and put Riley in the swing. She loved it.
Riley is crawling...well kinda...she can go anywhere she wants backwards. She gets up on all four and rocks back and forth and tries to stick a hand out and go forward, but then slides backwards over and over again. We are proud to say we are not encouraging mobility. Everyone says they will move soon enough and to enjoy knowing they will still be in the spot you left them as long as possible. We are past that point already with her moving backwards, but at least she isn't that fast yet.
